Participation
a) The competition is open to residents of England. Minors wishing to enter require the consent of their / their parents / guardians. Kaspersky Lab employees and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
b) Participation is done by commenting on the correct answer to the Facebook post. 5 randomly selected winning participants will be chosen. Multiple participation is excluded.
c) The acquisition of the required personal data is used exclusively for operation of the Sweepstakes. The data will not be passed to any third parties. All data is stored only for the purpose and for the duration of the competition and deleted after the action, provided that statutory storage obligations exist.
d) The closing date for the competition is 03/28/2016 23:59 UK time.
2. implementation and management
a) Unless determined in the lottery information notwithstanding, the winners will be randomly selected. The odds of winning the individual participant thus depends on how many participants otherwise participate in the raffle.
b) Winners will be notified by Kaspersky Lab within the comment function of Facebook. This comment will be placed directly under those contributions, which was published by Facebook users to participate in the lottery. The notification is made within four weeks of the closing. In the case of an undeliverable notification of winning Kaspersky Lab is not obliged to make further inquiries. If the winner is not made within one week after the notification sending, lose their right to the prize and no new winner determined. The claim to the prize also expires if the transmission of the prize can not be made within 6 months after the initial notification of the win for reasons related to the individual winner.
d) A cash payment of the prize is not possible.
e) Commenting on the contest post: the participant accepts the terms and conditions and privacy policy and agrees that Kaspersky Lab uses in case of winning the notification as a comment among those contributions, which was published by the winner to participate in the raffle.
f) Participation in the Contest is free – except for the transmission costs that the rate chosen by you from your mobile or Internet provider.
g) Kaspersky Lab reserves the right to hide sexual, blasphemous, obscene or otherwise inappropriate posts.
3. Other provisions
a) For loss of data, in particular by means of data transfer and other technical defects, Kaspersky Lab assume no responsibility.
b) Kaspersky Lab reserves the right to exclude participants due to incorrect information, manipulation and the use of unauthorised aids from the raffle.
c) The judges decision is final.
d) Should any of these provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected.
f) These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notification from Kaspersky Lab.
g) The competition is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored by Facebook.
