Conditions for participation in the prize draw for one license of Kaspersky Internet Security – Multi Device for 3 devices, from 18/6/2014 until 19/6/2014

a) The competition is open to residents of the UK. Minors require the consent of his / her legal guardian, unless it is otherwise provided. Employees of Kaspersky Lab and their families are not permitted to participate.
b) A person takes part in the competition by providing their guess in the comments. All correct answers will be entered into the prize draw. Multiple entries are excluded.
c) Acquisition of any necessary personal data is done so purely for the purpose of the sweepstake. The winner’s data is transmitted purely for the purpose of distributing the prize from Kaspersky Lab. In addition, the data will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties. All data is stored only for the purpose and for the duration of the competition and will be deleted after the end of the action, unless a statutory retention period exists.
d) The closing date for the competition is 19/6/2014 at 18:00 UK time.
2 Implementation and management
a) The winner will be drawn at random. The odds of an individual participant winning thus depends largely on how many participants enter in the draw.
b) The winner will receive a license for Kaspersky Internet Security – Multi Device for 3 devices.
c) Winners will be notified by Kaspersky Lab within the Facebook comment feature. This comment will be placed directly under the posts published by Facebook users participating in the sweepstake. The notification will be made within four weeks of the closing date. In the event of an undeliverable notification to the winner, Kaspersky Lab is not obliged to make further inquiries. If the winner does not claim within one week after the notification is sent, the claim will be forfeited and a new winner will not be drawn. Claim to the prize also expires if the transfer of the prize cannot be made within 6 months after the first notification to the winner.
d) Prizes will be delivered by Kaspersky Lab via email forwarding, parcel or mail, to the address supplied by the winner.
e) A cash equivalent is not possible.
f) By taking part in this contest, the participant accepts the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
g) Participation in the contest is free – except for the cost of the prize delivery. There are no hidden costs.
h) The participating user warrants that the submitted entry, and each of its components, is a completely original work of which the participating user has completely solely, and the participating users are the sole owner of all rights to the submitted content.
i) Kaspersky Lab reserves the right to hide sexual, blasphemous, obscene or otherwise inappropriate posts and exclude them from participation.
3 Other provisions
a) For loss of data, in particular by means of data transmission and other technical defects, Kaspersky Lab assumes no liability.
b) Kaspersky Lab reserves the right to exclude participants on the basis of false information, manipulation or the use of unauthorized aids from the competition.
c) The decision is final.
d) Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected.
e) These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notification from Kaspersky Lab at any time.
f) The contest is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored by Facebook, supported or organized. The organizer alone is responsible.
