Prices

When you subscribe, you pay the introductory price for the first term. The introductory price is stated on the offer page, in your shopping cart, and in your email receipt, along with other offer details such as:

  • Number of devices
  • Duration of the first and subsequent terms
  • Renewal price for the next and subsequent terms

The renewal price may differ from the introductory price and is subject to change. We will inform you of the renewal price of your subscription by email before the renewal date.

Please note that there may be discounts and offers available at the time of your next renewal that do not apply to you.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each term until you cancel. To ensure uninterrupted protection, we will attempt to collect the applicable charges from your payment method 15 days before the end of your subscription. We will notify you by email about your next automatic renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel automatic subscription renewal at any time.

If you cancel, you will have full protection until the end of the period you have already paid for. After this date, the subscription ends and you will not be charged for any further period.

You can cancel automatic subscription renewal through your My Kaspersky account. To cancel:

  • Log in my.kaspersky.com/uk
  • Go to the Subscription page
  • Click Manage Subscription
  • Select Cancel Subscription and follow the steps to confirm the cancellation

You can also contact the Kaspersky Customer Service to cancel automatic subscription.

If you have already been charged for the next subscription period, you have 30 days from the billing date to request a full refund of your renewal payment.
